Appointment Policies

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Thank you for respecting these policies and helping me keep appointments running smoothly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee to the card on file.

No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee to the card on file.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full appointment fee will apply.

Ending Your Session Early
If you choose to end your session early, payment for the full reserved appointment time is still due. Please select a session length you feel comfortable completing.

Card on File
A valid card on file is required to reserve an appointment.

Repeated Cancellations & Rescheduling

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling will result in the permanent loss of your standing appointment slot, even when you provide more than 24 hours’ notice.
